THOUGH THESE HAVE ONLY BEEN WIDELY USED IN THE 21ST CENTURY, THESE SUPPLEMENTS ARE ALSO TAKEN BY ME: Eat a good diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. One particularly needs vitamins B6, B9, and B12. If you don't get enough veggies, consider a B-complex, but be sure it contains Folic Acid, B9, as many do not. There is likely advantage to obtaining the vitamin E containing gamma-tocopherol. |
