Melatonin - 3 mg, four bedtimes per week
Juvenon - taken every morning

Eat a good diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Also, get plenty of protein - it's time to start enjoying plenty of lean meat. If you can afford lots of good fish, that's great. One particularly needs vitamins B6, B9, and B12. If you don't get enough veggies, consider a B-complex, but be sure it contains Folic Acid, B9, as many do not.
