Avocadoes

James Joseph, presenter at AGE meetings and main scientist to discover the benefits of blueberries, recommended avocadoes, which are a potent anti- inflammatory food. Inflammation is a prime cause of heart attacks and strokes. So eating avocadoes, which contain potent anti-inflammatory polyphenols, is great. Unfortunately, avocadoes are low in most polyphenols, which are great for health. But you can get them from dark foods, like blueberries. Avocadoes are also rich in MUFAs, mono-unsaturated fatty acids, which are very important to health, along with nuts, olive oil, and olives.
