Email olive oil cake

Here's the olive oil cake recipe, if you wanted to put it up
online or give it to the class. The recipe is regrettably
not my own, it is from Giada De Laurentiis, an Italian Chef.

Almond Citrus Olive Oil Cake

1.5 c All-Purpose flour
2 t baking powder
.5 t salt
1 c sugar
3 eggs
1 orange, zested
1 lemon, zested
.25 c milk (she recommends whole, i use whatever's around)
.75 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
.66 c Sliced Almonds, toasted
powdered sugar for sifting

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift dry ingedients together in
a medium-sized bowl and set aside. In a large bowl, mix
together sugar, eggs, orange and lemon zests, and milk.
Slowly add in oil, while whisking. Mix in dry ingredients
thoroughly, then fold in almonds. Pour batter into a
circular cake pan, pregreased with olive or canola oil. Bake
about 35 minutes.
