A few highlights you'll find: Eat an egg a day, prevent macular degeneration, and you won't affect cholesterol! Olives reduce your risk of colon cancer. Be sure to get your vitamin C, vitamin E, and SAMe. Supplementation with EGCG (green tea!) helps alleviate diabetes! Be healthy!
