Welcome to the latest research about nutrition. Here's a message I got recently as a member of the American Society for Nutrition that I think will be of interest to you.

American Society for Nutrition is pleased to announce the release of six vignettes <http://www.nutrition.org/news/successes>  which describe nutrition research breakthroughs that have resulted in, or have the potential to result in, major public health advances. ASN’s Public Policy Committee guided the process of creating these stories, which are part of the Society’s advocacy toolkit. ASN hopes that these vignettes will raise public awareness about the effect nutrition research has had on public health and public policy. These six examples are the first to be released, and we welcome suggestions for future vignettes. Please visit www.nutrition.org/news/successes/ <http://www.nutrition.org/news/successes/> .
