I apologize for the quantity of emails recently. Between AGE and LPI meetings and questions from readers, there's a lot of information to share. Get choline for brain health - simple source is eggs every day

Fish oil rather than flaxseed for brain health

You need at least 4 oz of protein daily, especially if hospitalized

Oil and vinegar rather than creamy salad dressing is an easy choice to improve health and even reduce blood pressure.

Steamed/boiled foods are much better for your health than fried/grilled foods
